Instructions for Subscribing to an RSS feed.
First you’ll need iTunes or an RSS compatible web browser installed on your computer. You can download iTunes for free at http://www.itunes.com or you can download a compatible web browser (such as FireFox) from http://www.mozilla.com.
Once installed - right click (or Control Click on a Mac) on the RSS feed link (above) that you wish to subscribe to, choose Copy Link (or Copy Link Location, Save Link As, Bookmark Link, etc.). If you Left click the link you will simply see the “code” view of the page, this is normal - but unhelpful.
If you are in FireFox and have bookmarked the page, you are finished - FireFox will automatically inform you when a new file is available for download if you go to your bookmark section.
In iTunes, click the second link that states “let iTunes do all the work.”
iTunes will automatically check this site for new downloads and download them to your computer. You can view them or export them to your iPod and watch them later.
