Due to the expected inclement weather, the district track meet has moved to Tuesday, April 1, and Wednesday, April 2.
The meet was originally scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday of this coming week.

The Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo’s Calf Scramble Scholarship Committee announced on March 26 that Sunnyvale High School student and FFA member Corlee Thomas has been awarded a $6,000 scholarship. Thomas is pictured with Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo by Calf Scramble Committee Member Paxton Motheral .
Thomas earned the scholarship through her hard work and dedication in completing the demanding Calf Scramble program. Her Brangus heifer project was sponsored by the Thornton Family of Dallas, Texas. Scholarship requirements included caring for a heifer, submitting monthly reports, exhibiting at the 2025 Fort Worth Livestock Show, and writing a final essay.

Boys and Girls Soccer games have been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 26.
Girls Soccer - game will resume at 12 p.m.
Boys Soccer - game will start at 2 p.m.
All games will be held at Frasier Stadium in Mesquite.

The soccer games scheduled for tonight are on hold due to storms. Coaches are in contact with UIL and are being told they must wait out the storm due to playoff rules and regulations. Updates will be shared when available.

Let's go, Raiders! Wear blue and cheer on the Sunnyvale Lady Raiders on Tuesday, March 25, as they compete in an Area Championship Double Header! Sunnyvale is the home team.
Location: Frasier Stadium - Mesquite ISD - bag policy enforced.
Game 1 vs. Pinkston Lady Vikings kicks off at 6 pm.
Game 2 vs. Wilmer Hutchins Eagles kicks off at 8 pm.
Tickets: All tickets are sold through Hometown Tickets. No cash sales at the gate. Mesquite ISD has a bag policy; see the flyer for details.
