Sunnyvale High School golfer Wyatt Moore has committed to play men's golf at Kansas Wesleyan University, marking an exciting next step in his pursuit of collegiate competition.
The Class of 2026 standout announced his decision to join the NAIA Coyotes in Salina, Kansas. A 6'1" athlete with a 2.1 handicap, Moore serves as captain of the Sunnyvale golf team and has competed on the NTPGA Junior Tour.
"I'm thrilled to continue chasing my dream of playing college golf at KWU," Moore shared in his announcement.
Kansas Wesleyan head coach expressed enthusiasm about adding Moore's talent to the program.
The commitment highlights the growing pipeline of Texas talent heading to the NAIA level, where Moore aims to build on his high school success and further develop his game.

SHS Raider Football shined at the Feb. 23 SISD Board of Trustees meeting, where Director of Athletics Coach Stutts and the Raider Football coaching staff celebrated the team for an outstanding season.

🩺 Sunnyvale High School HOSA (Health Occupation Students of America) students were recognized by their teacher, Alex Fussell, at the Feb. 23 SISD Board of Trustees meeting for an outstanding year in competition.
HOSA had 12 students compete at the Spring Leadership Conference, with two groups placing in the top 10:

Sunnyvale teens, want a real say in what happens in your town?
The Sunnyvale Town Council is starting a Youth Council to connect teens (ages 14–18) directly with Town leaders and make sure your voices are part of local decisions. They’re looking for 10–15 teens to team up with Council members and staff to share what Sunnyvale teens want, need, and care about in our community.
