SISD Inclement Weather Procedures

The coolerweatherhas arrived! Colder temperatures could mean possibleinclementweatherand poor driving conditions.

Should it become necessary to cancel classes or delay the start of classes, SISD will provide the school community with information in a timely fashion. The decision to cancel classes or delay the campus start time will be made as early as possible.We will make every effort to make a decision by 6:00 a.m. The SISD community may access information in the following ways:

-Current information will be posted on the district website. Site subscribers will also receive an "e-alert."
-Parents will receive an update from the School Reach™ automated telephone system.
Please note:parents who subscribe to School Messenger™ system using a cellular phone number will also receive a text message with the same information.

-The following television and radio stations will provide current information on possible school closings or delayed start times:
